Member Documents
Q: I am trying to find out if it is possible to upload specific documents to certain categories of members that have been set up within our websites database, so that when each member logs in, they can then access their documents. Then, if this is possible for us to upload specific docs to members, is it possible for the members to complete such documents, and then upload them back in through their member login back to us?
A: Yes we have 2 ways.
1) One is a "member files" area, where you can upload files, they download, and they can upload. Files areas are private per member. Docs can be any format
2) Another way is an expanded member record, or where they can complete custom questionnaires. The bonus of these is you can export the data as CSV, and do reports across all your members
